Joanne Coupland — Agent and Translator

Joanne is mainly responsible for finding the best properties in the area and will be your guide through the viewing process.

After living in the area for 8 years Joanne and her family have first hand experience of the moving process and Joanne is the perfect person to accommodate the needs of the clients whether it be for finding a holiday retreat or to re-locating the whole family.

Through many years of working with the local community Joanne is a trusted and well liked member of the community and has many professional contacts ranging from town hall officials to the best local tradesman. Lucy Ruston — Office and Accounts Manager

Lucy is our office manager and will be the first port of call for all contact made to us here at La Cala Property Services.

Before joining the family business Lucy worked in a Catalan family business in our local village and is well known and trusted by the local community.

She has lived in the area for 5 years and has lots of experience in the administration process of purchasing your property. Darren Coupland — Developments Manager

Darren is our qualified Civil Engineer and buildings expert and is another invaluable member of our team who with his extensive knowledge is ready to provide first hand experience regarding any renovation or construction requirements our clients may have.

Through working with local builders and developers Darren is our expert in this field and has many years experience of working as project manager for local constructors.
